When will my order be processed?

We usually process your order on the same business day. In high volume situations, processing may take up to two business days. We will, of course, notify you of any delays via email.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen (Priority or Standard). We are usually available even on weekends to ensure prompt delivery.

We currently ship within Switzerland.
In the future, we plan to expand our shipping to the EU and other international countries.

Why do your products cost more than conventional products?

Our products are created with the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
Each essence is created by us individually – using pure, natural essential oils of the highest quality. We consciously avoid synthetic additives or cheap mass-produced products.
This uncompromising selection and our elaborate manufacturing processes are reflected in an extraordinary fragrance experience that you will sense and feel.

What materials and ingredients do you use?

We rely exclusively on selected, high-quality materials and pure natural raw materials.
Our essential oils come from sustainable sources and are carefully tested to ensure the highest purity and potency.
We use dipropylene glycol (DPG) as a base, which ensures an even fragrance distribution.
As a carrier oil, we use 100% pure almond oil, which is valued for its quality and stability.
We use only natural essential oils for our fragrance compositions.

How are your products developed?

Each composition is developed with great passion by our team. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern know-how to create unique products that evoke emotions and inspire lasting delight.

How accurately do the product photos correspond to the original?

We attach great importance to authentic representation. However, slight color variations may occur due to different lighting conditions or screen settings. Our products are just as high quality in reality as they appear in the pictures.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that products can only be returned in their original condition and in undamaged original packaging.

My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

Our products are inspected and packaged with the utmost care. Should any damage occur during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@lumanessence.ch with photos of the item.
We will, of course, find a suitable solution quickly and easily.

Are there return shipping costs?

Customers generally cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error or damage on our part, we will, of course, cover the shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been inspected, a refund will be processed within 2-5 business days using the original payment method used.
